Drinking Water Programs
GCD personnel provide technical assistance to municipalities, with an emphasis on the water and sewer enterprise funds, review of customer consumption, and rate options to address financial decisions. The GCD also provides assistance to private well owners, public water systems, waste water systems, and certified operators of water and waste water systems.
